2. Purchasing and Transaction Terms

All purchases made through our platform are coordinated via secure payment gateways or coordinated directly through our official WhatsApp channels. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, sourcing quotas, or seasonal scarcity. Prices and package weights are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pandit Ji & Havan Booking Terms

Pandit Ji bookings (offline inside Delhi NCR, or online globally) are confirmed once details are finalized. Havan samagri kits are prepared fresh. While we guarantee that trained Vedic pandits will coordinate the rituals, we are not liable for scheduling modifications resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.

4. Intellectual Property

The names, layout designs, photographs, logo, custom graphics, and code compiled on satvikhavan.com are the exclusive property of Satvik Havan and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights in India. Any unauthorized republication or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this website, product purchases, or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
