1. 24-Hour Processing & Dispatch
We process and pack all standard herb orders promptly. Orders are dispatched from our facility within 24 hours of purchase verification.
*Please note:* Custom pooja kits, large-volume wild-harvest registry requests, or special Vedic blends may require up to 48 hours to assemble and verify for purity.
2. Free Pan-India Shipping
We believe in making pure Ayurvedic sourcing accessible. We offer free shipping across all Indian states and territories. There are no hidden packaging, handling, or delivery charges added at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once your package is handed over to our courier partners (e.g. Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post), delivery will generally take:
- Delhi NCR: 1 to 2 business days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities and regional towns): 3 to 7 business days.
A tracking link will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp once the package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the real-time shipping progress.
4. Offline Puja Booking Locations
Please note that physical, offline Pandit Ji booking services are strictly restricted to the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad). Online e-Puja consultation services can be booked globally.
