Refund & Return Policy

At Satvik Havan, we take utmost care in sourcing, packing, and delivering pure, 100% organic Ayurvedic herbs, Vedic pooja items, and havan samagri. Our goal is to ensure spiritual purity and chemical-free quality in every package.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable, natural, and hygiene-sensitive nature of herbs, roots, dry leaves, and pooja samagri, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and items are non-exchangeable once delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Packages (Transit Exemption)

We strive to pack every order securely. However, if your package is damaged, leaking, or has incorrect items upon delivery, we will issue a free replacement or refund:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please email us at satvikhavan@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 80761 70877.
• You must provide unboxing photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item.

Once our team verifies the issue, we will dispatch a free replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Order Cancellation Terms

Orders can only be cancelled before they are handed over to our delivery partners. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of booking by reaching out to us via WhatsApp. Once an order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
